Established in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville in 2003, Déso Burger is known for its flat burgers topped with a homemade chili sauce. We stand out for the quality of our ingredients and our friendly service.

CLASSIC DESO
A bit of history
Déso was founded in 2003 by André Désautels and Sharon Furlotte.
After several months of research and development to find the perfect chili sauce recipe, they opened their restaurant in April of that same year. Their dedication, discipline, and excellent work quickly made Déso a success.

After running the restaurant admirably for nearly 15 years, the couple decided to sell the Déso brand along with the St-Bruno restaurant to Adam Roy and David Mineau.

In 2019, Adam, who knew the Désautels family and Déso Burger, having worked there for over five years, embarked on this new adventure. Beyond this experience, he began his cooking career at the age of 15, working in various establishments, including five years as head chef at the Charbon Rouge steakhouse. In total, he brings about 20 years of experience to the table.

David, for his part, holds a degree in restaurant management. He held several management positions in various restaurants around Montreal, including food service manager at Radio-Canada, and has over 25 years of experience in the industry.
​
In 2019, the team reached a major milestone by purchasing their first food truck. Francis Beaudoin then joined the duo as a partner in the food truck company. A graduate of HEC in management and backed by around ten years of experience in the field, he remains a key asset to the business and is still an active member of the team today.
Due to high demand for quality street food, a second truck was added to the fleet in 2020.
In 2022, the team launched the Smoked Meat Truck concept, their third truck, focused on Montreal-style smoked meats—always with the same commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Our rapid growth reflects our passion and dedication to the craft of cooking. Whether in a food truck or a restaurant, our priority is to serve fresh food, prepared the right way using quality ingredients: fresh-cut fries, never-frozen ground beef. We uphold high standards of cleanliness while offering a personalized and thoughtful customer experience.
