In 2017, David and Adam undertook the acquisition of the company's first banner, marking the beginning of their entrepreneurial adventure. Shortly after, Miguel and Francis joined this promising enterprise. In 2019, the team took a significant step forward by purchasing its first food truck. Aware of the strong demand in the street food sector, our founders invested in a second truck in 2020.

With resounding success and a growing reputation, the company experienced notable expansion. In Spring 2020, following confinement, we acquired three new food trucks, expanding our presence on the culinary scene. This expansion also gave birth to 2 new food offerings within the Déso group:  Boîte à Homard Food Truck and the Smoked Meat Truck.
