Welcome to the Boîte à homard Foodtruck universe, a one-of-a-kind truck that offers an exceptional culinary experience! We are proud to offer you quality cuisine, focused on fresh seafood products. We carefully select our ingredients to offer you delicious and healthy dishes. Our varied packages are ideal for smaller groups and are ideal for pool parties or corporate events in your offices.
We travel for groups of a minimum of 10 people

Do you provide plates, utensils, napkins and condiments? Yes, yes, yes and yes.

How long do you stay there? For an all-you-can-eat formula we SERVE for 1h30. In the case of an express formula we calculate approximately 1 hour of service. (depending on the size of the group)

How far in advance do you arrive? Generally, we arrive between 30 minutes and 1 hour before the scheduled service time. (Arrival time is proportional to group size)

Do you need electricity? No, in the majority of cases we operate with our generator, making us 100% autonomous upon our arrival. As part of a large-scale festival-type event, we prefer to be connected to a source of electricity.

Do you provide drinks? Yes. Canned beverages are included in all our packages. (Coca-Cola products, iced tea, water)

What do you mean by “at will”? No food limit. You are still hungry, we invite you to have more.

Can I take a portion to go? No, food must be consumed on site.

Do we have to pay DIRECTLY at the end of the event? You can if you want. If there is a change in the invoice, we will return it to you following the service for payment within the following days.

Do I need to have a contact person at all times before and during the event? Yes, we need a contact person who can be reached regarding parking logistics and any other parameters at the time of our installation.

How much space do you need? Allow a distance of at least 2 car lengths to park and operate safely.

Do we need a permit? Private land, no. Land of your company / organization, no. Public place, to be confirmed. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact us.

What happens if it rains? Unless there is an extraordinary storm (do not hesitate to contact us to find out our definition of extraordinary) the event takes place.
