FORMULAS

Choose your formula. We recommend all you can eat formulas ( A - B - C ) for groups less than 70 people70 people and more, we recommend the express formulas 1-2-3 and poutine express. The express formulas offer a variety of meal choices quickly to satisfy the tastes of all guests, while focusing on volume and service speed.

If none of these options suit you and you are organizing an event or festival, do not hesitate to contact us by email at info@foodtruckdeso.com or by phone at 450-441-3399. We will be happy to find a solution to your needs. *For over-the-counter type events, where customers pay individually, we generally require a minimum guaranteed sale.

Travel fee

$5 per kilometer from our headquarters located in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville.

A 15% service charge / tip is automatically added to the bill;

Do you provide plates, utensils, napkins and condiments? Yes, yes, yes and yes.

How long do you stay there? For an all-you-can-eat formula we SERVE for 1h30. In the case of an express formula we calculate approximately 1 hour of service. (depending on the size of the group)

How far in advance do you arrive? Generally, we arrive between 30 minutes and 1 hour before the scheduled service time. (Arrival time is proportional to group size)
 

Do you need electricity? No, in the majority of cases we operate with our generator, making us 100% autonomous upon our arrival. As part of a large-scale festival-type event, we prefer to be connected to a source of electricity.

Do you provide drinks? Yes. Canned beverages are included in all our packages. (Coca-Cola products, iced tea, water)

What do you mean by “at will”? No food limit. You are still hungry, we invite you to have more. 
 

Can I take a portion to go? No, food must be consumed on site. 
 

Do we have to pay DIRECTLY at the end of the event? You can if you want. If there is a change in the invoice, we will return it to you following the service for payment within the following days.

Do I need to have a contact person at all times before and during the event? Yes, we need a contact person who can be reached regarding parking logistics and any other parameters at the time of our installation.
 

How much space do you need? Allow a distance of at least 2 car lengths to park and operate safely.

Do we need a permit? Private land, no. Land of your company / organization, no. Public place, to be confirmed. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact us.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by road conditions or unforeseen breakdowns. Your deposit will be refunded or you can reschedule the event without further compensation from us. In the event of rain or storms, the event is maintained except in the event of an exceptional or dangerous situation (snowstorm, freezing rain, temperature below -15 degrees Celsius, etc.) and in this case, we reserve the right to cancel with refund of the deposit or reschedule the event to a later date convenient to all parties.

The estimate does not constitute a reservation. The date is reserved after receipt of the deposit collected within 72 working hours following receipt of the estimate, unless otherwise notified. In case of cancellation: the deposit is 100% refundable upon cancellation 21 days before the event. 50% refundable between 11 and 20 days before the event. Non-refundable if canceled 10 days before the event.
